The Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) has announced Global Content Insight 2025, a global forum that brings together top-tier talent, technology, and strategy leaders in the content industry. Set for November 6–7, 2025, in Seoul, South Korea, the forum will gather over 2,000 participants, including creative IP visionaries, global tech executives, policymakers, and cultural leaders. The goal: to explore how innovation is reshaping the future of content creation, distribution, and monetization.

Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) is South Korea’s flagship government agency dedicated to promoting the country’s cultural and creative industries. Widely recognized as a powerhouse in shaping the global appeal of Korean content, KOCCA plays a central role in fostering innovation, supporting creators, and facilitating international collaboration across sectors such as K-pop, K-drama, animation, gaming, webtoons, and immersive media.

A Premier Event at the Intersection of IP and Technology

This year’s edition is themed “IP × Technology — The New Grammar of Content,” highlighting how creative IP is scaling beyond traditional boundaries through the integration of cutting-edge technology, immersive experiences, and cross-industry ecosystems.

Key topics include:

  • Globalizing Creative IP: How local stories are transforming into global franchises through international co-productions, strategic partnerships, and cross-platform storytelling.
  • Immersive and Spatial Storytelling: The evolution of narrative through new hardware and interfaces like Apple Vision Pro, Magic Leap, and interactive spatial design.
  • AI-Powered Creation: The impact of AI on authorship, workflows, and the ethical boundaries of creative production.
  • Fandom-Driven Business Models: Long-term IP planning that spans industries—from entertainment to food, gaming, and tourism.
  • Future-Proof IP Contracts and Governance: Legal and policy frameworks for navigating cross-border rights, AI-era copyright, and global licensing.

A Global Stage for Strategic Collaboration

  • IP holders, content strategists, and studio founders
  • Government officials, VCs, and cultural policymakers
