Korean startup Doodlin, a company that provides a corporate recruitment management solution called ‘Greeting,‘ has announced its integration with Genesis Lab’s AI video interview solution, ‘Viewinter HR,’ to help recruiters hire more efficiently. Founded in January 2017, Genesis Lab is a tech startup that develops interactive AI technology and provides various HR-related products, starting with the AI interview solution View Inter HR.
The integration allows corporate members to manage recruitment within Greeting, including AI interview screening operation and interview evaluation, resume management, interview schedule adjustment, and notification of recruitment results. By linking the two services, recruiters can manage the entire recruitment process more efficiently, and interviewers can evaluate applicants without going back and forth between the two services.
When the recruiter presses the ‘Link to Viewinter HR’ button in Greeting, the job posting data is sent to Viewinter HR. They can request AI video interview settings without accessing Viewinter HR separately. After setting up the interview and completing the linkage to the job posting, the applicant information can be sent to ViewInter HR to conduct an AI interview. Interview results can also be checked on Greeting, so there is no need to inform other interviewers of the Viewinter HR account and link during collaborative evaluation, and the interviewer does not have to go back and forth between the two services to evaluate applicants, which is convenient.
Doodlin currently has over 3,000 customers, while Genesis Lab has introduced its ViewInter HR solution to over 100 large corporations and public institutions, such as LG U+ and Hyundai Motor Company, and a cumulative 100,000 people have applied for AI interviews through ViewInter HR.
