For coffee enthusiasts, cold brew coffee is not a new thing. It is basically a mixture of cold water and coffee with no boiling elements. Often known as Dutch Coffee or cold brew or water drip, it is traditionally made at room temperature or cold water with 12 to 24 hours of brew time. For some, they may want to do this process from home, depending on what type of coffee they prefer, because of this, websites like https://ironandfire.co.uk/coffee-subscriptions/ can offer subscriptions on home delivery coffee, helping make this process easier. Now with cold coffee brew getting mainstream commercial demand with popular cafes like Starbucks offering it, there is a demand for an efficient coffee brewer.

Korean company Imex Corporation Ltd. is making a cold brew coffee with its latest equipment that reduces the time of brewing to 28 minutes and produces a bacteria-free coffee brew, with many stating it to be The perfect coffee maker.

Fresh Cold coffee brew with zero bacteria

Imex’s O2 Cold brew machine uses pure oxygen that gives a fresh taste and better flavour to the coffee. The machine uses a centrifugal separator for a clearer brew and taste. The company also has added a UV sterilization for a clean process. The machine takes only 28 minutes for the cold brew of 8kg coffee powder that produces 16 litres of 10Brix density. The machine can help cafes to make a variety of cold options like with vanilla ice cream, nitrogen coffee or a latte coffee. The drip method by concentration is easy to extract and convenient to produce various coffee varieties.

Imex’s cold brew machines are cost-effective and installation of the machine is convenient with two units taking only a small space. IMEX cold brew has been certified as virus free and has a HACCP certification. Imex’s cold brew coffee can be kept at temperature for 6 months without any deterioration to the quality.

Aim to maximize exports

Imex Corporation Ltd. got its high-concentration cold brewer coffee mass extracting device patented in 2018 and has started the manufacturing at its factory. The company and management have years of experience in the coffee business and home electric appliances. The company has produced and exported many electric appliances like heaters, popcorn machines, infrared ovens, etc. The company has received over 40 invention patents. The Cold brew coffee machine is the latest in their stable of appliances. Imex aims to export 60% of its cold coffee brew machines to the US and other countries, where it can be sold at places like supermarkets, and big stores with coffee sections. Imex hopes to raise funds for advertising and promoting their product to international markets.

Imex Corporation Ltd. is attending the ‘Guro Innovation Summit’ 2019 to pitch its product for exploring investment and funding opportunities. The Summit is to be organized by the Guro district office and Seoul Venture Incubator (SVI) in partnership with beSUCCESS on July 18th, 2019 at the G-Valley Convention.
