For coffee lovers across the world, cold brew is not an unknown word. More and more coffee connoisseurs prefer regularly brewed coffee for its low acidic nature and reduced caffeine. But to brew coffee is a daunting task as it takes hours to brew coffee beans to get a good cup of coffee. Korean startup Sonic Dutch has introduced a unique coffee brew machine that can extract coffee in just five minutes using the world’s first sonic sound wave technology.

Enjoy music while hygienically making coffee.

Sonic Dutch’s new technology connects sound waves in speakers to a new magnetic circuit. The machine extracts cold brew coffee quickly, easily and safely through waves generated by precision vertical vibrations. After many experiments and research, the startup came out with the sound technology to produce the correct density cold brew coffee in less time.

The advanced sonic wave engineering works magic on the machine and allows coffee lovers to enjoy their favourite music while making coffee. Coffee lovers can connect their phone via Bluetooth to the device and enjoy favorite beats through the built-in speakers while Sonic Dutch cold brew whips up a liter of cold brew in a mere five minutes.

Sonic Dutch also solves hygiene problems that may affect traditional brew machines, such as bacteria reproduction because it extracts cold brew coffee in the shortest time. Also, the caffeine content is 50% lower than conventional espresso and cold brew coffee machines due to the fastest extraction. Sonic Dutch’s efficacy has been tested by top baristas and taste testers, who say that the sonic technology-led cold brew coffee tasted softer and smoother than using the usual extraction methods.

Sonic Dutch company wants to sell its unique machine to domestic and foreign markets. It has been working in the B2B sales partnership since 2017. The startup is already targeting markets of Korea, the USA, Japan and Indonesia with sales and export. Utilizing the sonic vibration technology, the startup aims to further product development by bringing out coffee roasting machine, grinder, and other coffee subsidiaries.
