Asiance Korea, a digital marketing company based in Seoul and Tokyo, has officially launched a digital learning platform called ‘Asiance Academy’ this September. Asiance Academy is a platform that features both workshop and knowledge transfer services.

Asiance Academy was developed to fulfill customer needs to better understand and analyse the Korean digital environment. Additionally, customers needed market consulting and implementation support to help improve their business in Korea.

Through more than 17 years of experience in the Korean digital marketing industry, Asiance noticed that both local and global brands faced many challenges targeting Korean consumers. The challenges were seen in establishing specific customer journeys, whether it be short or long-term strategies for Korea. Deep understanding of the dominant local platforms like Naver, Kakao or Coupang was also missing, and with these key knowledge gaps, brands had difficulty reaching and growing their customer base.

In order to face these challenges, Asiance Academy offers digital workshops, seminars and research services. The services are divided into two service types: workshops and knowledge transfer services. With the goal to help local and global brands thrive in the Korean digital ecosystem, the key slogan, ‘Accelerate your Digital Growth’ was created.

The three types of workshop services offered are:

● Digital Workshop: Korean Digital Ecosystem – for individuals
● Digital Workshop: Korean Digital Ecosystem – for businesses
● Digital Focus Workshop

One of the key workshop services is ‘Digital Workshop: Korean Digital Ecosystem.’ It is a monthly workshop featuring several industries and companies. Participants collaborate and ideate in various group activities after a presentation about the Korean Digital Ecosystem. It is offered to individuals or for companies.

The four types of knowledge transfer services offered are:

● Introduction to Digital Korea
● Luxury Consumer Research Report
● Understanding the Korean Digital Ecosystem
● Localizing in the Korean Digital Ecosystem

Two of the key knowledge transfer services offered are, ‘Understanding the Korean Digital Ecosystem’ and ‘Localizing in the Korean Digital Ecosystem’ which are research projects designed to help companies understand the digital situation in Korea for decision-making purposes. The deliverables provide insights through data and best practice cases in Korea. The service includes a report, presentation and a Q&A session.

Asiance Academy offers many more services than the three services highlighted here and more can be explored on the Asiance Academy website. Contact us and get the solutions you need for your brand with Asiance.
