Korean beauty brands are trending worldwide for their quality, innovative, and vast range of products. Korean startup Soonnoc Inc. has developed a versatile product- a brow serum that solves the thinning of eyebrow hairline. The startup’s brand Vive Lab is helping modern women enhance their eyebrow beauty.

Eyebrow thinning, eyelashes hair fall is some of the common woes of today’s girls. Vive Lab’s serum is a leading brand for its use of patented ingredients and formulation technology. Vive Lab offers nutritional supplement serum for eyelashes and eyebrows, which are quite popular among the beauty conscious. The hair brow lashes serum is safe to use and doesn’t harm the skin or hair. It is a 4-week solution to hair problems and has been receiving numerous positive testimonials from Korean women.

Vive Lab develops effective hair care products based on 10 hair patent ingredients with researchers who have know-how and expertise in each product field.  Vive Lab’s professional partner is Jo-Woon Cho,  the Research Institute Director, who holds a Ph.D. in Regenerative Medicine from Dongguk University. Vive Lab has been named after the word ‘Revive,’ Its primary focus is to help revive the luscious lashes. The company’s goal is to restore hair and skin that has been affected by pollution, irritation, and stress through in-depth research and quality product.

Soonnoc’s other ventures beauty care and pet care  

While Vive Lab is an exclusive brow-lash revival product, Soonnoc is known for its skin cleansing lotions and toners. The company has a range of products for skin problems that use natural skin-friendly ingredients.

Soonnoc’s main products, the fine dust cleanser, and natural soap is high in demand and available on the company’s site and other e-commerce sites like Olive Young and Get It, Beauty Hall. SOONNOC offers personalized skin counselling service. It provides online consultations, management methods, tips, and more for women of all age groups.

Soonnoc also caters to pet lovers with a unique range of Pet Supplies and Cosmetics through brand – Petshield. The brand has an antibacterial deodorizing spray that protects the pet and owner’s health. Petshield also sells cleanser and shampoo. The product is available on its home site and available at animal hospitals and e-commerce sites like Coupang in Korea.

Reaching out to young women through social media.

The company catering primarily to women was founded by two enterprising men, Kyujin Sung and Minsu Kim. Kyujin Sung, who is the CEO, started the company in 2016 because of his sensitive skin problems as a college student. He tried his products on himself and then gave it to friends and acquaintances. The product was well-received, and soon it was developed into a full-fledged business.

Soonoc’s marketing strategy is to reach out to customers in the age group of the 20s and 30s through its social media channels, such as Facebook and YouTube, which has over 4.5 million views. It also has a tie-up with Olive Young for offline sales.  The startup has seen sales revenue increase since its inception from 700 million won in 2016 to 2.8 billion won in 2018. The company expects to reach a USD 41,788,549 sales revenue in the next five years.
