PixelRo (CEO Kang Seok-myung), a frontrunner in digital eye care solutions, participated in Gyeonggi-do’s esteemed overseas marketing project, the “2023 G-FAIR ASEAN+“, bolstering their international presence.
Held at the Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Center in Thailand from July 6th to 7th (local time), the “2023 G-FAIR ASEAN+” serves as a platform for promising export companies to further their market reach. It also functions as Thailand’s exclusive Korean product and SME exhibition.
In this exhibition, PixelRo stepped beyond its in-house invention, the “Nenoon App”, to premiere the “My Eye Health Self-diagnosis Kiosk”. This compact, tablet PC-sized kiosk integrates the AI-based eye examination feature of the “Nenoon App” with a dementia self-diagnosis service. The kiosk’s app includes comprehensive eye tests such as near vision test, presbyopia test, and macular degeneration test.
PixelRo expressed its vision of a future where convenient eye examinations could be accessed through kiosks in various settings like banks, schools, or supermarkets. The company also indicated its intent to make significant inroads into the Thai market.
Drawing attention at the event was another innovative product by PixelRo, the “Dr. Airpick”. This air purifying and sterilizing appliance incorporates PixelRo’s own “Zeus module”.
The Gyeonggi Business & Science Accelerator conducted an online export consultation prior to the “2023 G-FAIR ASEAN+”. Reportedly, the event resulted in 115 consultations worth 8.215 million dollars and 91 contracts worth 3.5 million dollars.
CEO Kang Seok-myeong expressed delight at the opportunity to showcase PixelRo’s products and technologies to investors at Korea’s largest SME enterprise exhibition. He expressed gratitude for the chance to connect with their buyer in charge of small home appliance sales in Thailand through the event.
